A Space for Lost Yoginis ~ Who Don't Always Need to be Found

Lost Yogini is a space for lost yoginis ~ those who don't always need to be found. Who wander, explore, and seek adventure internationally and internally.

Through yoga, meditation, and genuine exploration of the body, the breath, the elements, the edges of experience. This is a space to practice being more fully alive. Not a destination. An ongoing journey.

Here you'll find classes, 1:1 sessions, immersive retreats, and retreat design for those ready to go deeper. Everything here is an invitation, not a prescription. Come curious. Stay as long as you need.

Movement & Stillness

Exploring the full spectrum. From deep rest to full activation & everything in between.

Dreaming & Presence

The internal landscape as territory worth exploring through sensation, breath, and awareness.

The Elements

Fire, water, wind, earth, space ~ in nature and in the body. They mirror each other in ways worth paying attention to.

Lost Yogini ~ McKay Skye Blue

Hellllo! Let me introduce myself: Hi my name is McKay. I have always had my head in the clouds ~ lost in vivid inner worlds, curious about the nature of things, drawn to questions that don't have clean answers. Yoga crept in in 2019 through a few simple classes- and I was hooked! The deeper I went into my practice, the more yoga gave me the language to understand more about the connection between movement, balance, emotions, God, the universe, community, states of consciousness and (I can ramble more).

I explore through movement and stillness, sensation and surrender, the extremes of energy and the balance between them. The elements are my teachers ~ fire and water, wind, space and earth ~ in nature and in the body, mirroring each other in ways I find endlessly interesting.

These days I live between Florida and Mizata, El Salvador, where I work with Mizata by Antiresort as a Retreat Designer: helping Leaders Share their Gifts through Transformational Experiences, teach yoga & meditation classes, and host retreats.

I'm not here to offer you a prescription. I'm here to explore alongside you.
